Sales Representative
The primary role will be to call selected prospects, create interest in the service and schedule follow-up meetings. This is part of a concerted sales and marketing effort. Additional contributions are welcome based on experience. The HR Service Bureau provides comprehensive employee administration outsourcing for small and medium sized businesses over the Web. We have Web-based processes that support the employee’s life-cycle in an organization from hire through separation; including: compensation, benefits, training, time and attendance, communications and compliance. We eliminate the paper and take the hassle out of having employees. This is not a telemarketing position. The desired person will be able to seek the decision maker within the company, qualify and engage them, determine their needs and explain how the HRSB services fulfill these needs. Skills/Experience · Phone sales experience and skills · Positive attitude, enthusiastic · Good communications skills · Well organized · Persistent with good follow-up · Good listener · Good computer aptitude · Interest in the Web · Some College desirable · Technical sales and/or Human Resource experience · Marketing/Sales experience a plus May lead to full-time position in growing company with many opportunities May telecommute after training. Hourly rate plus commission depending upon skills.
