18, 2005 NEW COMPANY OFFERS COMPREHENSIVE WEB-BASED HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATION TO NORTHEASTERN OHIO BUSINESSESSOLON, OHIO— The HR Service Bureau (HRSB) is a new web-based enterprise that provides comprehensive Human Resource administration to small and medium-sized businesses with 50 to 500 employees. Leveraging its powerful web-based technology and streamlined approach, the HRSB saves organizations time, money, and anxiety by handling the paperwork and administrative tasks required to effectively manage the entire life cycle of an employee at any company—from hiring to termination including: compensation, benefits, training, time and attendance, communications, and compliance. HRSB clients will choose and pay only for those Human Resource processes they wish to outsource. “Outsourcing Human Resource administration over the web can generate considerable value for any organization,” explains HRSB founder Rob Oberst. “Because of a myriad of legislation over the last 25 years, Human Resources became more complex and time consuming, causing real concern for managers about the complexity, expense, and potential legal liabilities. As the complexity grew, many companies hired five to ten different vendors to shoulder the burden, but coordinating their efforts and feeding them accurate data soon became complicated and inefficient. Our goal at the HRSB is to be a single source for all Human Resource administration. We’re similar to a payroll service bureau, but we take care of the complex HR processes, which in turn allow managers to concentrate on their business without being bogged down by these Human Resource matters. The HRSB handles the Human Resource administrative tasks for its clients—providing not only the systems, but also the talented Human Resource consultants and skilled administrators to customize the HRSB’s offerings to best fulfill an individual company’s personnel-related needs. Prior to forming HRSB, founder Rob Oberst was responsible for successfully processing over one million employee records. Rob instituted a Payroll Service Bureau for 10 Northeast Ohio hospitals; managed the development of TRW’s HR and Benefit systems; then co-founded Watson Wyatt’s highly successful HR Administration Systems Practice, writing its white paper and first strategic plan. Mr. Oberst has consulted to over 25 Fortune 500 clients on Human Resource systems and reengineering including: Parker Hannifin, Sherwin Williams, Eaton, BP America, National City Corp., The Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve University, and Goodyear.
