COMPENSATION AND PERFORMANCE
Once an employee is working for the organization, it is important to maximize the employee's productivity and contributions to the organization (to maximize the return on Human Capital). The HRSB helps by providing tools and effective processes to manage compensation and performance. Initial Compensation – The manager will decide the initial pay rate with the HRSB routing the action for proper approvals on-line. Links can be provided to Salary Surveys that will help determine the desired compensation. Performance Review – As the managers completes their performance reviews, they enter them into the system. An actual copy of the review can be attached. A standard review form is included for organizations that do not have one. Salary Changes – After the review or as a separate process, the manager will determine individual salary changes. History -The HRSB will keep track of the employees reviews, salary changes and job changes so that the manager can readily track the progress and use this information to make decisions. Salary Planning – The HRSB can provide the manager salary reports and an export to Excel to assist in the annual salary planning, modeling and the budgeting process. Bonus – The HRSB provides for multiple types of bonuses to be recorded for each employee as they apply. The executives or their assistants can perform bonus calculations by exporting employee salary data to Excel. Stock Options – For companies that have Stock Options, the HRSB will record the options activities. Full stock option processing will be supplied according to client demand. Performance Problems – When there is a problem with an employee’s performance, the HRSB provides a standard mechanism for the Manager to record the disciplinary actions and steps in correcting the problem. All of these functions are provided in the Base Product. Later in 06 the HRSB will provide a mechanism to route and approve reviews and salary changes. For more information, a brochure or a demonstration please contact us at the HRSB. |
