Even the smallest companies are deluged by hundreds of résumés for a single open position, which represents a daunting burden for over-worked managers.  The HRSB can serve as your organization's recruiting department, streamlining the process, thereby saving your managers much of their valuable time, while helping them to select the best qualified person.   Potentially, we can save you tens of thousands of dollars per open position, because we do not charge agency fees.  Rather, we only charge for the processing we perform on your behalf, leveraging your manager’s time to the fullest.

Applicant processing is an optional service and can be ordered at a full or partial level.  Perhaps your organizations wants to supplement your efforts by automating your recruiting efforts.  Or, perhaps you are overwhelmed with recruiting chores and have considered contracting with a recruiting firm to outsource applicant processing, but are concerned about the costs.  The HRSB offers solutions that will work in either of these scenarios.

Applicant automation includes:

  •  Applicant Tracking

  •  Applicant Scheduling

  •  Applicant Demographics,

  •  Contact Information

  •  Education

  •  Skills,

  •  EEO data

  •  References

  •  Notes

  •  Employment

  •  Resume' Attachment

  •  Applicant Reporting

  •  Applicant Correspondence

  •  Hiring of the Applicant

Here is how the full process works:
(portions under development)

1. Requisition – Applicant processing starts when your manager has an open position, for which he creates a requisition on-line on the HRSB Website.

2. Job Posting - The requisition will be used to create a Job posting for employees to see on the employee portal, and if desired, the HRSB will create listings on Job boards such as Monster.com.

3. Online Application – Interested applicants can apply for positions by sending résumés on-line.  Résumés are loaded into the HRSB’s system electronically.

4. Matching – Powerful artificial intelligence is used to match résumés to your managers stated requirements.  The closest matches are presented to your managers.  This process can save the managers 90% of their time reading  résumés.

5. Screening – Once the manager decides which applicants s/he is interested in pursuing, s/he notifies the HRSB recruiter, who will conduct preliminary interview based on criteria the manger and company specify.  The results will be forwarded to the hiring manager via e-mail.

6. Scheduling – After the applicants have been screened the manager will select those s/he would like to interview.  The HRSB’s recruiter will schedule the interviews if desired.

7. Applicant Tracking – As the applicant advances through each step of the  process, their progress is recorded by the system.

8. Testing – At your request, applicants can be tested on-line according to the HRSB’s psychological profile.  This test helps to predict an applicant’s success in a position, which can potentially save the company from hiring the wrong person and repeating the process in a few months.

9. Reference Checks –  At the request of the manager, the HRSB will check references of finalist and forward the results to the hiring manger via e-mail.

10. Forms – The HRSB will provide standard application forms on-line for the organization in a legally compliant format.  These forms must be completed and signed by the applicant.

11. Letters – The HRSB will produce and mail standard “rejection letters” for those who were interviewed, but not hired.  The HRSB will also supply a template of an offer letter for the manager to utilize.

12. Physical – If a physical is required as part of the interview process, the HRSB will schedule the exam with the organization’s desired physician group.  Results will be forwarded directly from the physician to the designated person.

13. Government Reporting -  The standard EEO/AAO reports are available through the HRSB for government reporting.
