The vision of the HRSB is to be the premier HR Service Bureau
 for the North Coast of the United States.


 

HRSB’s Mission Statement:

To build an excellent Human Resource Service Bureau that performs comprehensive HR processing on behalf of organizations, while providing superior value to each organization, its management, and its employees.

The Diamond          `

An ideal cut diamond evolved as the trademark for the HRSB.  It represents multiple streams of data converging at one point (the HRSB.)

The diamond symbolizes one source for all HR processing.  Light comes into a diamond and reflects back; similar to an employee event that enters the HRSB, which after processing  instantly reflects back through the Web.  The diamond has many facets, which represent the many processes offered by the HRSB.  An ideal diamond is designed to maximize light reflection thereby creating its brilliance, just as the HRSB is architected to maximize its excellence and create its own brilliance. 

Diamonds are graded according to their flaws.  A perfect diamond has none.  The goal of the HRSB is the pursuit of perfection in its systems and service to employers.  Despite its beauty, the diamond is extremely hard and durable; some are used for industrial purposes, where steel is not hard enough.  The HRSB plans to endure and surpass the capabilities of its competitors through design and efficiency.  Diamonds are also clear and transparent.  The HRSB aims to be clear in its communications, transparent and honest with its customers, employees, and providers.

 Values:

·    Integrity

·    Honesty –  A client should be informed of potential problems as soon as possible so alternatives and solutions can be jointly sought.

·    Fairness – Customers and associates should be treated fairly.

·    Improvement  - All associates should endeavor to improve the HRSB and themselves.

·    Market orientation – All associates should support the HRSB’s customer/market orientation.

·    Profitability – The long-term viability and growth of the HRSB depend upon profitability.  Associate jobs, security and benefits for their families depend upon it.
