This is a key position for the HRSB.  This individual will lead the client's requirement analysis and consult with them on the configuration and implementation of the HRSB, serving as their trusted advisor afterwards.

The HR consultant will possess in depth experience managing the functions of an HR department and be adept with computer systems.  This person will participate in the leadership of the HRSB, providing insight and insuring the processes add value and are attractive to the HR community.  The Consultant may assist in marketing and sales to the HR community, and will be active in local HR organizations to gain a positive reputation for the HRSB.    S/he may initially supervise the administration staff to fulfill the client’s requirements.  This person will become a trusted client advisor, who may latter offer additional HR consulting.
